Cons

• When you first set up the product the mat might be wrinkled.  Most people find that the mat can be smoothed out with an iron on medium heat.  Other people also recommend stacking phone books on the mat.  Both methods tend to work. I would recommend using the iron.
• The return system can be loud when returning the ball.
• Plastic return system can be flimsy.  We recommend being careful during initial setup.
• The piston on the firing mechanism has been known to get stuck in certain cases.  Apply a small drop of mechanical oil on the piston should get it working properly again.
